We understand your frustration, Patty, but we're a little bit confused. We don't have anything listed for your last visit about any jerking, but that does sound concerning. We are happy to take a look at that for you and see what is going on. The routine maintenance that is recommended for vehicles is based on the total mileage of a vehicle and the time from your last visit with us. It looks like last time you were here with the Traverse in September 2018, when we did the Engine Performance Restoration, which removes sludge from engine oil passages.
