Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Dennis, but we are deeply disappointed by the slanderous accusation of participating in a "Bait and Switch." We do appreciate your business with us and bringing in your 2010 Silverado. For your truck they should have quoted you $69.95 before taxes and HAZMAT fees. There is currently a $15 mail in rebate that may have been quoted to you bringing your total down to $54.95 after mail in rebate (which we are happy to provide to you if you did not pick one up at check out). The difference between the $69.95 and the $80.59 that you paid is due to taxes and HAZMAT fees, which you would incur regardless of where you took your vehicle to get the oil change done. This was detailed on your itemized receipt. We are very competitive with our pricing and we can assure you that you are getting a great deal and have not been ripped off! If you would like the mail-in rebate sent to you with instructions to redeem it, please reach out to Theresa in our Customer Relations Department at theresa@jimbutlerchevrolet.com or 636-717-3017.
