We agree that it sounds like there are things that should have been done to expedite the process and have addressed that with your salesmen. He also informed us that we have since gotten you the correct accessories after the mix up with the part numbers that were provided. We are confident that you got the absolute best possible deal for your trade in and your purchase, when looking at the deal as a whole! The amazing deals that we provide our customers is how we have earned the Dealer of the Year award for the last 3 years, been awarded #1 Chevrolet Dealership in the Midwest by Chevrolet and is at the core of our huge word-of-mouth customer base. With regard to the surveys, we pride ourselves on getting accurate feedback from our customers and do not believe in offering bribes for good scores. We feel that would be the result of offering a cash incentive for taking surveys.
