While we do certainly apologize that things didn't go as smoothly as usual, we're very glad Theresa was able to better explain some of the situations you encountered and why we recommended the services that we do. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Chris. We're sorry to hear that things didn't go as expected for your visit. We did look into the details a bit more and it looks like there were some miscommunications. Our oil changes and tire rotations do have a wait estimate of 90 minutes, which should have been communicated to you when you set your appointment on the phone. If it was not, we do apologize. It is our duty to inform our customers when their vehicles are due for recommended services through our Service Advisors and the Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection (which was emailed to you). As we had not seen your vehicle in 6 months, there were a good amount of routine maintenance that we recommended. That was your heads up for future services. If we see your vehicle on a more regular basis, the maintenance will be able to be more spread out. With regard to the oil change coupon, we completely understand your frustration. GM sends out those coupons, not our dealership. The coupon does state that it is for a Conventional Oil Change. Your truck would not run properly if we used conventional oil for the oil change. Also your coupon from them was expired, so we couldn't use it anyway. Trucks do take more expensive oil to run properly, as unfortunately is one of the not so fun parts of owning a truck. Additionally, we do recommended that our customers stay in their vehicle while they wait for a Service Advisor to become available. Lastly, we do sincerely apologize for your driver's seat not being returned to the same position as it was brought. We will make sure to reiterate this part of the training to the greeters. Theresa in our Customer Relations Department has also left you a voicemail to discuss further. If you would like to, please give her a call back.
