Loving our new Blazer! When we were greeted and introduced to the first salesman about test driving a car, he asked if we were "buying a car today". When we replied no, he When we were greeted and introduced to the first salesman about test driving a car, he asked if we were "buying a car today". When we replied no, he quickly dismissed us and passed us off to Joe. Thankfully he did. We were ready to test drive that day then go to another Chevy dealer in town to work with. Joe, however, was a joy to work with. He was attentive to our needs, responsive to our questions, willing to work around our schedule. When we decided on the vehicle we wanted, not in Jim Butler inventory, he took the time to locate our exact vehicle. He was always ready and prepared for us. He was thorough in explaining everything. We couldn't be more happy with him. He truly understands the importance of customer service. We are loving our new Blazer thanks to his service and dedication! More
Long time at the dealership The truck should have been sitting there ready.The acessories should have been checked,to be sure they were the right ones.What should have taken an h The truck should have been sitting there ready.The acessories should have been checked,to be sure they were the right ones.What should have taken an hour,took closer to 4.When you drive 2 1/2,hrs to get there,you’re ready to go.After looking what you are asking for the truck I traded in ,you should have offered more for my trade.Afriend went to Trenary,he was offered a$100,Visa card for filling out this survey.Would like to get at least a cap instead of a coffee cup.Would be better advertising.Would be nice if someone would call you back when you have a problem,instead of having to follow up myself,3 days later.Also don’t like that I am being stuck to pay shipping to send back splash guards that were wrong. I was a little leery of buying a truck,so far away from home. Sorry ,went on a little rant.Everyone I talked to at dealership was very nice and polite.Just haven’t enjoyed total experience,so far.Probably the downside to a large dealership,not close to home. More

I took my car to Jim Butler Service on a Sunday night after Bill Timmons was outstanding! Unfortunately my vehicle had a blow out during a snow storm. I took my car to Jim Butler Service on a Sunday night after hours and Bill had me back in my vehicle by Monday afternoon. He also made sure everything was covered under my extra warranty so no out of pocket expenses! Bill made my inconvenience so effortless for me and I appreciate it! More
