It should have been communicated to you that your appointment time is not for immediate start of service, but for the vehicle to be checked in. If that was not communicated, we do apologize. We do offer drop off services for the convenience of our customers. The work that needs to be done on your vehicle needs to be done by a journeyman. They are highly trained technicians that do more in-depth repairs. These technicians are in high demand due to the work they do generally taking longer than an oil change and tire rotation. This does mean that there is often a wait before vehicles can be looked at by a journeyman. Having the vehicle here allows you to be in line to have your vehicle worked on as soon as possible. We hope this clears up the confusion.
