Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear that your tires weren't filled up while you were here. Unfortunately, we are not able to see your information to see what exactly you had done on your vehicle. Did you have some service done to the tires? If you did not, filling up tires would not be included unless requested. With regard to the bed liners, we wait on those to come from the manufacturer. They may be backed up, resulting in your additional wait time, as is a frustration to us, as well. We hope everything goes smoothly from here forward and your bed liner comes in soon! As should have been communicated to you while setting the appointment and during check in, our estimated wait time for oil changes and tire rotations is 90 minutes. We apologize if that was not clearly communicated to you and that you were late to work. We do recommend setting aside at minimum 90 minutes for oil changes/tire rotations to avoid these unfortunate mishaps. We sincerely hope that your next visit with us will go smoother with this information!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Don. We're glad you found our team to be friendly and helpful! We actually are making substantial improvements to our system, as you may have noticed by the construction in process in our service department. We understand that wait times can be frustrating while waiting for a service advisor, but it is extremely important that we are able to get a clear picture from our customers of what is going wrong and what services need to be completed. If this is not completed properly, we find many customers end up coming back with additional problems that were not communicated to be present. We understand that you were only there for an oil change, but many other customers are there for things going wrong with their vehicles, and not just maintenance. We are, however, changing the structure of the service department to streamline the process and create better visibility for our staff and customers. We understand that it may appear that some of our staff is not actively doing anything, but we assure you they are. For example, the service advisors that do not have a customer in front of them are often making phone calls to update the 30-40+ customers each advisor sees on a daily basis on the status of their vehicle, finishing the paperwork for said customers to ensure billing is correct and then calling customer to let them know that their vehicles are ready. This is why we ask our customers that have dropped off their vehicle to wait for our call that their vehicle is ready before coming to pick up, rather than showing up early and having to wait as was the case in your situation. Again, we do certainly understand your frustration, but we are making improvements and there is a method to the madness of working at such a high volume dealership and service department. With this insight to the processes in place and the processes being improved, we hope you are able to enjoy your future visits with us a bit more. Safe travels & see you next time.
