First oil change Was taken care of right away. The first oil change was complimentary. They service person looked at the car. Asked if I had any questions or concerns. Was taken care of right away. When it was done they came, took me to the cashier to get my keys and to check out. No charge! More

Did good work but took 3 hours Took way too long. Advisor told me on phone it would take 1 hour. When I got to the dealer I was told it would be 2 hours. Took 3 hours, which the truck was actually done for 1/2 hour before they got to me. Mainly because the advisory went to lunch. Also another customer, named Butler, was taken care of before me and they had someone ask if he wanted to check out while the advisor was at lunch. More
Warranty Repair work Well I've had to bring in the vehicle 2 times to get the correct repair done for hesitation when accelerating. Now even after the 2nd visit the problem appears to still be present. Not all the time but more than it should be. I enjoyed the customer service I received from Tim Summons at the check-in process but I kind of question the service technicians at this point. I don't understand why the issue remains. I will probably now consider taking this GMC vehicle to a different GM Certified dealer to have it repaired. I worked with Check-in dept, with car rental as well. I don't remember her name but she was super friendly as well. More
