One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a dealership! I walked in knowing what I was looking for and my salesman didn’t try to deter me or talk me into anything more extravagant as well as he let me lead I walked in knowing what I was looking for and my salesman didn’t try to deter me or talk me into anything more extravagant as well as he let me lead the conversations which made the experience more comfortable considering I’ve had other dealerships pressure me heavily in the past. They are used car salesmen They told me to text my paystubs in beforehand so they could get a head start, only when we arrived the salesman had no idea what was going on because They told me to text my paystubs in beforehand so they could get a head start, only when we arrived the salesman had no idea what was going on because a different person had my info. They kept saying “I almost bought this car” as if that was all the definitive proof we needed to prove it was a good vehicle. A little insulting if you ask me. And when running my credit, of course they picked the bureau which had the lowest of my 3 scores so they could charge higher interest. But at the end of the day they put us in a vehicle we are happy with. More

Not to happy I’m usually not a person to leave a bad review but I recently got my oil changed at your establishment. My appointment was at 9am but I had to take my wife to work so I ended up dropping my vehicle off at 730. Around 4 I ended up calling to see if my vehicle was done yet so I could pick it up and I was told that it was being worked on and I would receive a call when it was done. I ended up calling back around 6 to see what was going on and I was told my car is now done. This might not seem like a big deal to you guys but I had a date night with my wife that we had to cancel because I had no idea when I was going to get my car back And I needed it the next day for work. I’m not sure what the purpose of me making an appointment was if I was just going to be pushed aside for the bigger ticket items. needless to say I was not very happy. More
