I arrived by 10:10 but was asked to wait in my car in the service bay for an advisor. It was over 20 minutes before someone came and spoke to me (well past my appointment time). All in all I was there over two hours for routine maintenance. More
Dont buy from here Nothing but trouble from place. The only person I felt that was great was Doug back in the service center. New Tires We had to get two more new tires put on the vehicle. We were given a "loaner" vehicle to drive while repairs were made. During that time, Mike called every day to let us know what was being done to correct our problem. Great service! More

I also didn't appreciate the service writer shaking his head in disbelief as he was pulling up my information. Yes my oil change was a little past due, but just because I am a female don't try to act so superior and try to sell me your BS. I have always been pleased with service in the past, but not sure if I will return. More

When I arrived, I agreed to have filters replaced since it had been two years. Doug Kircher asked if I was going to stay in the lobby. I said no. Then he asked when I needed my car back, and I said this morning. He asked when. I agreed to noon at the latest. While Doug did tell me my car was ready before that time, around 10:30 AM roughly, I wonder what the point of making an appointment is if my car would not be ready within 2-3 hours. I have had similar appointment issues like this with the service center. I have also had trouble accepting the service recommendations from Mike Johnson on past issues with my vehicle. He was also difficult to ever get on the phone when I called. While every person I've dealt with has been friendly, for the price, the service has not been worth the expense. More
