Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service technician. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for oil changes. We are diligently working to improve on our customer wait times and we hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.
