Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We apologize that your appointment time was not properly explained to you. Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service technician. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for oil changes. We are diligently working to improve on our customer wait times and we hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.
