Please know that this fee helps us compensate our technicians for the time and expertise they dedicate to evaluating each vehicle. According to our records, the vehicle was purchased in March 2023, and the first mention of a radio concern was in March 2025. We did not receive any prior reports regarding this issue. This time is used to change our oil, rotate your tires, top off any fluids and provide you with a multi point vehicle inspections. In the future, please feel free to utilize our drop off service, our nigh drop option, or our complimentary shuttle service. Thank you for your feedback. Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with the service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. Our records indicate that you had some concerns regarding your vehicle taking off from a dead stop, your radio screen, you also requested an oil change and state inspections. The only services you would have been qualified to wait for is the oil change and inspections. Your other concerns require a journeyman tech for diagnostic. We do respect your time. In the future, if you have concerns that are outside of general maintenance, request a rental car at the time of your appointment so we can insure one is ready for your appointment time.
