Deceitful services, they told me car was under warranty it turned out it wasn’t. Took over a week for them to just look and diagnose the issue. They offered to buy the car back, but they gave me a price f it turned out it wasn’t. Took over a week for them to just look and diagnose the issue. They offered to buy the car back, but they gave me a price for the repair that way to high, so basically I would get nothing for the vehicle, a vehicle that that they we selling for used with more miles and older for $14-$16k. I told them no thank you and took my vehicle elsewhere. Would not recommend anyone to go there. More

The wait time was way too long. I have to have someone take my car in for an oil change because I can't sit there all afternoon. Done with Butler. Had appt. on Monday which took 2 weeks to get. Called on Wednesday before which was a snow day and asked if they had any cancellations and they said Had appt. on Monday which took 2 weeks to get. Get there and go through write up just to tell me that they still probably won't look at until Monday or Tuesday. Confused. Service? Took to Bommarito and got an appointment in less than a week. Called 3 hours later and had truck finished by 4:00 that day. Now that's service. The service manager at Butler should be fired. Lost 12 year customer! More
I have purchased 4 out of the last 5 vehicles from Jim butler in Fenton and never experienced what I did during this purchase. During the sales with Tony Palmer, when I advised him that I needed to leave butler in Fenton and never experienced what I did during this purchase. During the sales with Tony Palmer, when I advised him that I needed to leave, he got defensive and questioned on where I needed to go, which was none of his business. After I purchased the new truck, Tony was rushing the porters that were detailing and applying a protectant to the paint and windows, and when it was delivered, the paint had swirl marks and dried product on it. The porter came back and seemed rushed and did not take care of the issue, even though he tried. The back rear sliding window had obvious adhesive on it and when the porter came back, he stated that they did not have the right product to remove the adhesive. Kelly in the Finance Department was fantastic and very personable. I ended up making an appointment myself, taking time out of my day, getting a rental through the Service Department and having the issues taken care of. When I picked up my truck, the items that I had placed under the back seat was removed and placed all over the backseat and the floor boards. Spending $60,000 on a new truck, I would expect more personal service and more attention to detail than I received. The Service and Rental Departments were fantastic and provided the personal service expected. More
