I did ride along with service writer, who heard noise, but mechanic couldn't reproduce, problem. so NOTHING was done. They didn't even check tire pressure, one of the things on there list; to check batter but mechanic couldn't reproduce, problem. so NOTHING was done. Could it be the "chevy shake"? I was told at prior visit by service writer ( who had no clue, he assumed) that tire balance was checked. It was not. I was told I would be charged for.that??!! That time they had truck for 4 days before it was looked at. What a disappointment Jim Butler service department is. The girl who set up appointment said they would check my crankshaft?? Really for tire vibration...now that's scary. glad she isn't a doctor. Spoke with service manager, but he did not follow up after second visit. thus problem still exist. shame on you all. More

The battery on the Monte Carlo keeps draining down. I had to jump start it after it set for a few days.
