Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician. In your case your vehicle was in line to see a journeyman technician. Currently our journeyman techs are a few days behind on our normal projected time frame and we are diligently working to improve this. Maintenance is the responsibility of the vehicle's owner. If the maintenance were done at our facility we would have those records. Durning my investigation I learned that we went above and beyond to get the warranty to cover your repair but to no avail. We do hope that you consider us in the future for your auto needs.
