Did not fix the problem There was a issue with my back up camera and infotainment screen. Had multiple pictures of the issue to show. Told me they could not figure it out and There was a issue with my back up camera and infotainment screen. Had multiple pictures of the issue to show. Told me they could not figure it out and wait till it happens again and bring it back without shutting off the truck. Happened the very next morning I drove the truck. Sorry I go to work before 6am. Not really a option for me to bring it back while the issue is going. More

Slow to service I had a service appt on Tuesday, they didn’t even look at my vehicle until Friday. Asked for a quote on some body work.. when I finally got my car bac I had a service appt on Tuesday, they didn’t even look at my vehicle until Friday. Asked for a quote on some body work.. when I finally got my car back an entire week later, the body work quote was completely overlooked and ignored.
