Warranty work I called a month prior to make sure supplies were in before I dropped my car off. 2 days after i dropped it off They called and told me they needed t I called a month prior to make sure supplies were in before I dropped my car off. 2 days after i dropped it off They called and told me they needed to order parts and it would be a week before the parts would be in. 2 after that they called and asked me to drop off my car but I never did pick it up. Several days later I called and i was told it would be ready in 2 days. I called back a few days Later and they said Someone would call me later that day. The next day I called when I never received a call and magically the car was done 15 mins prior. The headliner that was fixed still has imperfections. More
Recall fix. NO fault of Jim Butler. Recall was repaired per recall notice, but it did not fix the problem which continued an 1/2 hour later after pick-up. Car returned that evening and repaired with a new ECM being installed. Bill and Matt Vallee were there for us the whole time.and helped expedite repairs, Matt Vallee who sold us the Malibu in May also made sure everything was repaired at no expense. We've purchased 3 vehicles from Matt Vallee (Jim Butler) and will return. More

Repeat radio issues I have had my 2019 Colorado in 5 different occasions for the radio freezing up and volume randomly turning up all of the way. Took way too long I bought my car from this dealer 2.5 years ago. I loved my sales team!!! I recently made an appt for a transmission check (under warranty) and an oil I bought my car from this dealer 2.5 years ago. I loved my sales team!!! I recently made an appt for a transmission check (under warranty) and an oil change. Not only were they extremely backed up, they did not tell me they couldn’t look at the transmission due to it not being a nissan certified repair facility. I made the appt online and they could’ve told me that ahead of time so I didn’t make a special trip out there. I was waiting for 2 hours before I went to ask for some updates (no one ever said anything to me before this) and it was still being worked on and they asked me to wait 20 more minutes. After another hour went by I started to become agitated. I spoke to 3 different service advisors before someone could get me an answer and help me. It’s absolutely ridiculous to wait that long with an appointment for a tire plug and oil change. I will not return nor will I recommend. More
