We understand that it is never fun to wait for your vehicle to be repaired, and we do agree that 2 hours and 15 minutes would be too long for an oil change if that was all you had done to your vehicle. You also had a recall on the brake pedal performed, which does take some time. With these services combined, your wait time is about right. We hope this information changes your mind about giving us another chance to get your oil change done within the estimated 90 minutes, if that is all you are getting done.
