The price of the oil change was the same this time as it was for your 3 previous oil changes, which is why we didn't notify you of the change. The price increased at the first of the year. We do apologize that your oil change took a little over the 90 minute estimated wait time. We hope your future visits with us will be more pleasant.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Leon. We can assure you that we did our best to fix your vehicle as quickly as possible for you. There was a delay in receiving parts as a result of the current GM strikes. We also want to let you know that while other places may not, we replace plugs for free at the dealership. Plugs very frequently and easily get stripped, so we perform this service as a courtesy to our customers. We understand your frustration and we hope you will reconsider working with us.
