Our mechanic says he rotated the tires, but if you would like us to rotate your tires, we are happy to do so. Thank you for your feedback, Kevin. We're sorry you feel this way. We understand your frustration that we were unable to perform the warranty work that was needed for your AC and steering issue on Saturday. As was discussed by your Service Advisor when going over the bulletin related to your AC problem, should you choose to get it done, would have required us to take the entire dash out of your vehicle. This alone is a multiple day job, so even if we did have a Journeyman Mechanic available, your vehicle would not have been completed on Saturday. We hope with this information you will reconsider working with us, but we wish you safe travels either way.
