Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We agree with you- 3 hours is far too long for an oil change + tire rotation and emissions. Our normal wait time is 90 minutes for the oil change and tire rotation, plus another 15-30 min for the emissions (when the machine is running properly). During the week you visited us, we let go of a couple technicians that were not performing services for our customers to the level of quality that we expect at Jim Butler Chevrolet. We have since hired on three technicians to replace those lost and try to catch up. Unfortunately, you experienced some of the fall out from that change over. We do apologize again for the long wait and we hope, with our team now working more efficiently, you will have more positive experiences in the future.

We're sorry to hear that you feel that way, Mr. Estes. We can assure you that was not the case. We do have a wait time with an appointment of 2-3 days for journeyman technicians to be available before work can be started on the vehicle right now. We also do not have journeyman technicians on the weekend. Whether your vehicle was driveable or not has no bearing on when your vehicle gets worked on, it is just who is next in line for repairs.
