I was lied to. I ask for service writer and was given to an office manager. When I explained that the 220 outlet had been installed and the cord was not working. She laugh at me and said they couldn’t fix the house electrical. That was NOT what I wanted. She then said she would call me back I 5-10 minutes anfter she talk to parts. After waiting a hour I drove to dealerships and ask for the lady that’s when I was told she an office manager. So someone was lying. The service writer was brisk and said I. Didn’t have an appointment but I had called and was never called back. I wanted a new stage 2 charger.and the parts department had said they had one.but I had to go through the service department Why would they need my car that long just to check the cord?They kept the car Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday afternoon they gave it back having done/found nothing wrong. It still doesn’t work at home. It has new electrical service that has been check and recheck. And the county inspector check it. The second time I had the electrician come he working pushing the cord into cord box it stared to charge at 220 rate For only 3-5 minutes. I paid for a stage 2 cord. And I paid for the recommended electrical company to installed it. But I don’t have a working unit. Electrical said it’s the cord the dealership sold me. This is not right. I bought the extended warranty and the car is only 3 months old it has less than 2000 miles I was without a vehicle for 3 days The dealership said they didn’t have a loaner. Why? What do you suggest I do now? I have approx $40,000.00 invested in this and I’m getting the runaround. I have been a loyal GM customer but this may be the last. More

Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices for basic services are higher than other dealerships I’ve been to. I do not like that there are no vending machines available in the waiting a Prices for basic services are higher than other dealerships I’ve been to. I do not like that there are no vending machines available in the waiting area. It isn’t very convenient to sit for 4 hours and not have access to anything to eat. There is a fridge with bottled water but no soda machine or snack vending machine. More
