There were NO high pressure sales tactics, no attempts at baiting and switching. The price negotiation happened very quickly. The financing was great and the business office treated us well, again, with out a lot of high pressure attempts to sell us things we did not want or need. I was worried about my credit. He allayed my fears worked out all the details. I went to the showroom and Justin referred me to Andrew. Andrew is high-energy and very helpful. He allowed me to try 3 cars with no complaints and no pressure. When I settled on the Sportage over the Sorento that I was originally interested in, he did not try to up-sell or persuade me. He walked me through all the details and showed me all the features of the car. This to date has been my best car buying experience. I do plan to purchase another car from them at some point. More
