We had several ideas of what we wanted to get but mostly needed to stay within a certain budget. Jaclyn was amazing! The key reader system was down that day so she had to go all over the place, hunting down keys for us, then going to find cars to test drive. She was always smiling and joking with us, never pressuring us to make a decision - it was clear she genuinely cared about our satisfaction. We finally found something we liked and made the purchase. The paperwork was easy and Justin in finance was a joy to work with while we figured out numbers and signed papers. We even got to see Annie Lam who came by just to say hi to us (she is always great). Jaclyn saved the day and made it all worthwhile and helped my mom find a car she's going to love! More

She listened to what we wanted and by the time we got there she had paperwork ready and other options for us to discuss. Terry was great. He answered every question we had. He was very friendly and made us feel like we knew him for years not minutes. Justin made us feel comfortable and explained everything about the loan and the importance of the gap insurance. Overall experience was great and we will recommend friends and family. More

Fantastic Experience I work in the auto industry (on the software side) and this was one of the best experiences in a dealership I've had. F&I took between 10-15 minutes (thanks, Justin!). (In my experience, that's the slowest part of the transaction, and can often take hours!) Even though it was a busy Saturday morning (probably not an ideal time if you want undivided attention, but I'd been in the day before for a test drive so I knew what I wanted), I never felt that I was ignored. Jean had multiple customers, some were picking up their vehicles, others were appointments, but he constantly checked in to make sure I was alright. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, don't hesitate to come here. The staff is dynamic and enthusiastic. In fact, I've been car shopping for a few weeks. I have always despised car shopping mostly due to car salesman attitudes and ruthless sales techniques and behaviors. I was pleasantly surprised to have Austin as our salesman. We were his first sale! Although he was new and didn’t have all the answers . He knew when to get help and had Jackie walk him through the process. There was no pressure or pushiness. They were very thorough in working with us and explaining options. First time I’ve gone to a car dealership and not left in tears! Kudos to Jackie and Austin! More
