Super Fast and Effectice Customer Care I first came to Jim Butler Kia less than a year ago when my old Escape finally and completely died. After browsing multiple used car buying apps, the I first came to Jim Butler Kia less than a year ago when my old Escape finally and completely died. After browsing multiple used car buying apps, the best deals I found on a couple were at this dealer. Cheryl came to my wife and I when we walked in and with 15-20 minutes went to get a Forte5, a Soul, and a Sportage we had picked out for me to test drive. Without saying it, she instantly knew I liked the 2017 Forte5 the best. She got me set up in it and waived some labor costs for added options, financed with Justin, and out the door all in the same relatively short visit. Flash forward: Just under a year later, I was rear ended on I-270 at a high speed in stopped traffic, spun around into the adjacent non-stopped lane, and hit head on again. The Forte5 probably saved my life and limbs, but it was beyond totaled and I was beyond messed up. A week later, we happened to be near the dealer so we stopped in since I needed a new car, just to browse. I didn’t see Cheryl, so I asked for her and someone went to her while she was on her lunch and told her, “You have a customer with a black eye wanting to see you...” She immediately set aside her lunch, came out and started looking through available Souls on their inventory website with me (she ended up selling 3 cars during this missed lunch). I was on the verge of going with the brand new 2019 Soul+, but she highlighted a 2016 Soul+ with <25k miles for significantly less but with quite a few more options. Bonus: it’s Inferno Red, like a giant stop sign. One test drive in it was all I needed. I wanted to sort some of the insurance stuff out still so I had to wait until the following Monday. I’m certain this wasn’t a sales tactic, at least in part because she knew I was going to buy from her regardless, but she advised me to put down an transferable deposit to hold it because she had an appointment over the weekend that had mentioned it specifically among some others. Sure enough, she told me when I came in Monday that they would’ve bought that Soul had I not held it. Justin in finance was able to get me the same rate and same terms for my new loan despite not having a Letter of Total Loss provided to me yet. Fortunately, they fully understood the necessity of having a car after over a week without one and made it happen quickly for me. I came in at 7:45 p.m. that Monday night and was out the door before 9:00 with another test drive in and fully financed. Another Bonus: my new Soul flattened 1 possum before even getting it out onto hwy 40! One small complaint: Both times I purchased I felt deprived of the ability to haggle/negotiate. It’s only a small complaint though because Cheryl did have labor fees for options waived and the deals were well below KBB fair value for the specs with the included upgraded and added options. More

I never felt rushed and he was patient with all my questions and took time to ask me questions about my self and my family which helped him understand more what he could offer me that would make sense. He took his time at the end even though it was closing time, to help me understand my new Optima to ensure I knew how to use everything inside the vehicle before hitting the road. There was no pressure at all from Randy when the first 2 vehicles they could get me financed on and I said no thanks. It was a great feeling not to be pressured to buy something like you are at most lots by sales people. The dealership closed at 9 pm and Randy and Donnie stayed till around 11pm that night got the deal finished and left with my car that night all with in of a couple hours of me and my family walking in on a busy friday night with no appointment. Thanks so much fellas I highly reccomend both of these guys and this Dealership More
