Honestly I don’t know who either of those individuals are that are listed. Maybe one of them is with the finance department. None of this was explained to me at any given point until financing. There were no deductions given to price, meaning the salesman was making false claims. He also steered me away from a hybrid vehicle which I regret not getting. With financing, the guy was raving about my credit score but wouldn’t give me the introductory apr of 5.5%,, he started at 7.5%, and when I was about to walk out he acted like he could lower it to 6.5% but he would have to answer for it. Also, their “power train warranty” for life of vehicle is only active so long as you have your vehicle taken care of by Jim Butler Kia at their specific mileage points, yet their service availability is limited, which almost ensures your power train warranty won’t remain within compliance. Overall my experience wasn’t great, but I do love my Kia Sorento X-Line. Smooth ride and a luxury feel. More

Absolutely love the car, everyone was so great. Super friendly but 4 days after purchasing the car my splash guard flew off then I emailed Kenny and Shannon and haven't heard back.
