Disappointed windshield washer fluid not filled when I was instructed to empty it. My lines were freezing. I did so. I also reminded the front desk and when the gentleman came to explain they were running was instructed to empty it. My lines were freezing. I did so. I later drove my car and discovered with heavy fog and dirty greasy overspray from a truck hit my windshield that I had zero windshield fluid when the wipers smeared this film across my windshield. Very dangerous situation. Very disappointed. I thought I could trust their word. Apparently I couldn’t. More
