I had to wait 5 weeks to get an appointment to get a recall faulty switch replaced on my Kia Sorento. After waiting a half hour I was told that it is recommended that I have my serpentine belt replaced recall faulty switch replaced on my Kia Sorento. After waiting a half hour I was told that it is recommended that I have my serpentine belt replaced because of mileage despite no cracks or wear and tear. I declined . After another half hour I approached Keith in service to see if my car was ready since I saw it sitting out on the lot. I was told yes but that they did not replace the faulty switch because they did not have the part in stock.😵💫That part should have been ordered when my appointment was made 5 weeks earlier and have had my name on it and date of scheduled repair. Now I have to drive back with my disabled husband for another appointment whenever the part comes in. For us that is an hour and a half round trip. This is ridiculous! More

Communication has been poor, and the product itself is not great. The vehicle I purchased was filthy. I asked it they could clean it and was told no. This Carnival, under warranty, was sold to me with an not great. The vehicle I purchased was filthy. I asked it they could clean it and was told no. This Carnival, under warranty, was sold to me with an inoperable seat, 2 inoperable seatbelts, 3 inoperable overhead cabin lights, and several other internal cosmetic deficiencies. Of course they tout their sales records, and they tout Kia’s excellent service rating. But in my case, they have not been a good representation of the Kia brand. I am working with a different Kia dealership to resolve multiple issues that are confirmed under warranty. These should have been resolved before they ever put this car up for sale. My sales person Roger has not been great in communication. He told me he would call me a couple days after the sale. No call. I reached out to him to ask a question. He told me he would get back to me the following day. It’s been 3 days and I’ve heard nothing. All around, not great. More
