Buyers Beware and Don't Waste Your TIme! This is the worst customer service ever experienced. Called and spoke with Javier regarding purchasing a new Buick Encore. He told me he would send a quote over as I knew exactly what I wanted. When we didn't receive the quote we called back to learn Javier left for the day. We then asked for the sales manager and received his VM. He too did not respond to our VM even though we stated we wanted to come in today. The following morning I called and spoke with Kimberly who after explaining the situation put me on hold (forever), she never came back to the line and I ended up in the general VM box. Leaving yet another message John returned my call only to tell me the price on the vehicle I was looking at had gone up over night by almost $8,000.00!!! I explained we tried to make the deal yesterday but due to their lack of response I could not even get an appointment set. They obviously will not honor the original pricing and said if I had come in this wouldn't have been an issue. We have purchased from Jim Ellis in the past but will NEVER do it again! Buyer's Beware!!! More

Got my car in to be serviced and I was out with a new battery a little later that afternoon. I will go back to them for next Buick service. More
We went looking for a used car and bought a new one. We went here after calling about a used Acadia and were told that it was available. So So service New fuel pump finally put on after it's second visit for the same problem. I told them the first time I was smelling diesel fuel, they change the oil pan gasket. Still smelled like diesel and left spots on the driveway. Finally this time, with only 4,000 miles of warranty left they actually listened and fixed the problem. Picked the truck up, first thing on is the Low Coolant warning light. I'm surprised this was not addressed. Also there are greasy marks on the hood, the fenders and even the side doors. I guess a clean up is not part of the warranty work. Overall, I'm glad it's fixed, hopefully. Just disappointed in the condition they gave it back to me. More

Excellent Experience! I contacted them via email after finding a used car listed online. Richard immediately sent me a quote with all the fee's and taxes and a dealer disc I contacted them via email after finding a used car listed online. Richard immediately sent me a quote with all the fee's and taxes and a dealer discount with a walk out the door price. It was very refreshing to work with a company so upfront with their pricing especially online. I drove down for a test drive and let them know what time I would be arriving. They had the car cleaned up with a full tank of gas waiting for me when I arrived. I made the purchase and would without question do business there again. More
Good service overall I always take my cars to Jim Ellis because they are really good with their service and this time was not the exception. The only issue was that it took them too long (in my opinion). To me, changing oil and rotating tires should be a 30-45 minutes job. In this case, it took them almost 80 minutes. Not sure why it took so long, but I hope you can improve your times in the future. More
