Change of Heart Sales team started off unreasonable but quickly saw that cash talks. Poor Communication My husband took my car to get an oil change for me. He waited while they did the work. When the service was completed, they texted me but did not no My husband took my car to get an oil change for me. He waited while they did the work. When the service was completed, they texted me but did not notify him. After hours of waiting, he got up to ask when it would be done, and they said they texted him a long time ago. Why they didn't say something to him since he was sitting there the whole time, I do not know. Then when he went to get the car, they had failed to do the complimentary wash, so they took it back to do it and he had to wait some more. My husband was obviously furious, so they gave a "one time courtesy" discount on the oil change that amounted to around a $20-$30 savings. When he got the car (after the complimentary wash), there was a big sticky handprint on the inside driver's side window. Not a great experience to say the least. More
