I had this car on my radar (a '16 Buick Verano Sport Touring) listed @ 13.6K, 32K, and slowly dropping the last few days. I was firmly greeted by Ron Durham, sales pro, who promptly retrieved the vehicle for the test(y) drive. At first glance, I noticed a glaring discrepancy. The internet listing had classified this car as "certified pre-owned". The window sticker was clearly "as is, no warranty." (not uncommon for a used car). I made that known, and we proceeded with the test, which went very well. The Jim Ellis team, upon our return, went to work to verify the cars sales classification. The Ellis team had me in and out in under 4 hours. The end result of their work, is a very happy Buick owner, and surely a return customer.
