Chevrolet Service Center Thank you very much to Vladamir Kochubey at the Chevrolet Service Center. He always listens carefully and is able to find the answer to my car issue. Thank you very much to Vladamir Kochubey at the Chevrolet Service Center. He always listens carefully and is able to find the answer to my car issue. I told him it sounded like a bag of checkers being shaken in the back of my car. He took the time to test drive it, make my appointment for the search of the issue. When I went back John took me home and came back to get me for the search appointment. A part had to be ordered. We took it back for the part to be installed but it took 2 trips to get it exactly right. Hopefully this will be the remedy of the loose trim on the back hatch door. Thank you to Vladamir for working me in for the shorter visit the next day. He is #1 in my book. I'm glad to have someone who can understand and has an excellent knowledge of the cars and their parts. More
