Horrible Experience Set up an appointment to have my trucks oil change. My wife went for me cause I had to work. She got there and from the time she got there to the time she left, she was disrespected and talked to like a child. Before my wife even stepped foot there, I had told her what was needed. The guy who was helping her told her she didnt know what she was talking about and that he'd much rather talk to me. I called my wife, she put him on the phone and I told him, all I want is a simple oil change and that I had noticed the oil pressure just a little low, if he wouldn't mind making sure everything was tight and wasn't leaking. Next thing i know, apparently they've started ripping my truck apart and are charging me for things I DID NOT request and at the end of it all i was stuck with a $411 bill instead just a simple oil change and a visual look at to make sure it wasn't leaking. I'm very unhappy with the result of the appointment. More

When we got there we were told it would take a bit as there was someone ahead of us. We told them that was ok and the service man apologized for the long wait.
