I was in the market for a used truck and had seen an ad for a particular one that was My experience at Jim Ellis Mall of GA was overall very nice. I was in the market for a used truck and had seen an ad for a particular one that was for sale. That one unfortunately was sold before I arrived. I was informed of this by the sales rep that I spoke to initially. He was kind enough to let me look it over anyway as I was curious as to how that color appeared in person. I asked if there were others like it available and he told me no. So I thanked him and started to leave. Right before I drove away I saw another truck like the one I was looking for in the lot. I walked up to check it out and in a moment another sales rep, Alan, was there to ask if I wanted to check it out. I did, we took a test drive, and then I sat down with Alan to buy the truck which was a 2016 Silverado 1500 LT. I liked this one even better than the one I originally was looking for. Alan was very helpful and so was the finance department and I was on my way with the truck before too long. Glad Alan came out or I may not have ended up buying the second truck. Everyone there was very nice and I would recommend others to go there. More
