Oil change I came in for a an oil change and specifically said do NOT rotate my tires. Just had it done. The first visit we assured them we were just looking at that point. Ben applied no pressure and spent time showing us what we asked to see. Sam came to greet us also without pressure. Just said he hoped to see us in the future. When we went back for another test drive Ben was with another customer but greeted us personally remembering our names. Sam saw us and greeted us warmly also. When found Ben had another customer, instead of asking us to wait he introduced us to Elvin. Elvin got the vehicle we liked so husband could test drive and showed us the vehicle in another color. Bottom line, we purchased the car and were treated very courteously by everyone. Would definitely recommend. And they will be our first stop in future. More
What did I really pay for? Took my 2019 AT4 for oil service & tire rotation at 13,000 miles. Tech informed my I needed new air filter, cabin air filter & mass air flow servic Took my 2019 AT4 for oil service & tire rotation at 13,000 miles. Tech informed my I needed new air filter, cabin air filter & mass air flow service. On the invoice it also states the truck received a multi point inspection. Day after these services were completed the low washer fluid notification came on. Guess the tech did not check that and makes me wonder what else he didn't check. I looked in my owners Manual, pages 418-420 and at the mileage of 13,000 and nowhere does it state I needed to have anything done except oil & wiper blades change. Why was I sold on these extra filter / misc service add ons? I feel like I've been taken advantage of and will contest the charges of $330.67 with my financial institution. More

Purchased 2019 GMC Sierra AT4 My wife and I had to go to 3 dealerships before we walked into Jim Ellis Buick GMC at the Mall of GA! We almost gave up on our new truck search. Then My wife and I had to go to 3 dealerships before we walked into Jim Ellis Buick GMC at the Mall of GA! We almost gave up on our new truck search. Then we walked into Jim Ellis and was introduced to Alex Benjumea our salesman that started our amazing experience. He listened to some key options we wanted and he matched us with exactly what we wanted. Never once was Alex pushy and forced a sale. He was genuine and his focus was on my wife and I the whole time. That something we did not experience at the other dealerships in the area. We also give a big thumbs up to the sales manager Sami Karaki who gave us the best deal we could find and even through in an extra bonus on the truck! We will only be using Jim Ellis from now on. More
