Terrible service once car was purchased We had a wonderful experience purchasing the car but when it came time to have our first service done, we were treated like third class citizens! We did everything we were supposed to but each time we came were told we could not seen. Not sure if we were not serviced because it was our first complimentary visit after purchasing a new car or because of the color of our skin. Either way, it was clear that Jim Ellis service department did not want to serve us. We finally chose to go to Colonial GMC near home and they treated us with excellent care and quality. It is disappointing that Jim Ellis at Mall of GA mishandled our business when I spoke so highly of this dealer post-purchase of our new Buick. I now would not recommend this service department to anyone. More

I have dealt with them in the very recent past and had a great experience and this time was no different. Everything that was advertised online was exactly what was waiting for me to test drive when i got there, (2 hours away). The salesman went above and beyond to work out many of the details before i arrived so the process would be seamless if i decided to buy. It's not very often people do what they say, and say what they do in this business, but, they got it right here. I would recommend Jim Ellis, i have bought two cars in two years and am very satisfied. More
