Richard Nixon contacted me over the phone and gave me the opportunity to explain our unique situation. I had been in a car accident the previous month and just had spinal fusion surgery. We knew I was going to be able to drive in a few weeks, but our family was going to be short a car. Richard worked to find us the perfect vehicle for our family and my current limited abilities. Jim Ellis GMC and Richard gave us a GREAT price compared to any price we found nationwide (and believe me, I did research!), and treated our family with the upmost respect. This is the second vehicle our family has bought from Jim Ellis GMC Mall of Georgia, and we will be customers for life.
