Truly Exceptional Customer Service Being a 25 year old purchasing a vehicle on my own for the first time, I think it is fair to say that I am not the easiest customer. I was unsure of Being a 25 year old purchasing a vehicle on my own for the first time, I think it is fair to say that I am not the easiest customer. I was unsure of exactly what questions to ask and Randall and Bernie from Jim Ellis held my hand every step of the way getting me into the perfect vehicle. And this was not easy on their part :) I initially purchased a vehicle from them about a week ago and as I said before I was not exactly sure what questions to ask. Once I had the vehicle for a few days I realized I purchased the wrong car. I then asked to trade the car I just purchased in for another vehicle just two days later. While Jim Ellis had zero obligation to fulfill this request and they could have forced me into keeping the vehicle they sold me or charge me an arm and a leg to trade it in, they put customer satisfaction first and moved mountains to get me into the right vehicle. Truly superb people, integrity, and vehicles. I have never taken the time to write a review online however the type of people working in this dealership deserve a shoutout. Very pleased with the Camaro I purchased , except that 10 miles from the dealership I discovered the radio in my 2017 Camaro didn't work.
