Replace Battery Great service, but I’m disappointed in that my battery failed after 7 months of a 30 month warranty. The dealer replaced the battery at no cost excepting a labor charge of $25. Since the battery was defective and I paid for the initial installation,I feel this to be unfair. It was a GM battery under warranty and I should not reasonably anticipate incurring a labor expense on a virtually new battery. I’m a long time customer and enjoy the relative comradely of a long-time relationship. It’s a wonderful service department. I’ll likely be a customer until I no longer can operate a vehicle. Do not purchase a used car here! After searching for a 2015 Buick Enclave all over, we finally settled on purchasing one from this dealership. I reviewed the car and everything on th After searching for a 2015 Buick Enclave all over, we finally settled on purchasing one from this dealership. I reviewed the car and everything on the surface looked ok. The purchase was a normal negotiation, however, I had to ask many times for paperwork details - especially when it concerned them putting in items the stuff the owed me. Watch the paperwork here very carefully! So, I went with the option to get he car Certified. I picked up the car the next day to find multiple problems after I got it home. 1. The brake pedal now squeaked. 2. The driver seat clicked like it was broken 3. The remote starter failed 4. The car has issues with water intrusion due to a windshield leak. All of these things were confirmed by another Buick dealership. It was literally the next day these items started happening like they broke my car during the inspection. I chose a different dealership to do the repairs since obviously these guys are not a quality operation. Other reviews online will also show their service department is terrible. Additionally, they had promised that under my warranty - which I have in writing - I would get a loaner car. Yeah good luck with that. This is why I cancelled my initial repair call with them and went to another dealer - these guys will lie right through their teeth. I will never purchase another vehicle from any of Jim Ellis dealerships again and while I don't have feedback on the new cars they sell, the used car portion of this dealership is the worst. These guys are the definition of used car salesmen. Don't trust anything they say about the car and don't trust your paperwork and documentation here - SCAM! More

Lack of communication. Car sat for 2 days before being diagnosed. Took 2 more days to repair. Thurs evening car was not worked on, 1 message all day.
