I went in for an oil change and I waited almost 2 hours for it to be completed. Also, the pricing wasn’t transparent. The government fees I can understand, but the shop fees, I didn’t agree with and felt i for it to be completed. Also, the pricing wasn’t transparent. I feel as if it should have been quoted as $94.99 not $89.99, then tack on the additional shop fees or better yet advised of it. Also, I think it was a slap in the face to offer a $20 coupon after I completed a survey that is only good for 1 month, which the coupon would expire well past when my next oil change is due. More
