In the past you were really excellent. Based of my last visit I was very disappointed. Now my check engine light is back on and I have return to the dealership again in order to pass emissions. Employees were not wearing PPE. There were shields in place at service mgr’s desks but no PPE for when they stepped away from desk. Used same pens for signature of work orders.
