Very disappointing. Service representative did not follow up with status of vehicle... Upon picking up my vehicle the vehicle was dirty both inside and out. When I asked about it I was told callously that th up with status of vehicle... Upon picking up my vehicle the vehicle was dirty both inside and out. When I asked about it I was told callously that the car probably got dirty while being parked on the lot for several days. That could not possibly have been the case. The car was just never washed. What a shame! I was never contacted when the car was ready and when I did get my car back it is a filthy mess. And to think this is the same dealership that I have used for sales and service for years. Very unacceptable. More
My buying experience was fine but the service is weak at best. I called to get some warranty work scheduled. I told the person making my appointment I had the coupon and they said there would be no charge since it was my first oil change since purchasing the car. When I picked it up I was told the cost would be $100 which I paid. I asked my service person after as she had already left for the day when I picked it up. She could not explain why I was charged. My warranty required parts to be ordered which I had to follow up on, no one called me. They did the work this week and when I picked the Yukon up it had not been washed. I have several different cars and use several dealerships for warranty work. All of them including the Toyota dealership across the street at least rinse the car off while being service. I guess I expect more than Jim Ellis does. So again nice enough people but I will look elsewhere for service when the warranty is up on the Yukon. More
My issue was finally resolved after 3 visits to 2 different locations. The problem I came in to have fixed was not fixed. There is a "knot" in the steering and the tech was not able to replicate the condition. Brought vehicle in to have something fixed that was under warranty and also added an oil change for $89.95 and a full detail for $165.00. When my vehicle was brought out it was not fully clean and I can onl warranty and also added an oil change for $89.95 and a full detail for $165.00. When my vehicle was brought out it was not fully clean and I can only infer that the oil had not been changed. The oil gauge still read 43% and I didn't have a sticker on the windshield that indicated my next oil change and mileage. My vehicle was taken back to service and 20 minutes later brought back to the front. Oil registered 100% and there was a sticker. David G. was professional and apologized for the inconvenience but I don't think it took 20 minutes to put a sticker on the vehicle. More
