The best part is they always get your vehicle back to you sooner than they said which makes you happy. The guy who handled my service was professional and courteous and made doing business with Jim Ellis GMC a pleasure. Caused another problem during service I guess they did the expensive service we had done on our Enclave (how do you really know, anyway?) but when they rotated the tires they somehow broke I guess they did the expensive service we had done on our Enclave (how do you really know, anyway?) but when they rotated the tires they somehow broke our pressure sensor on the right front tire. Now it always says that the tire is low even though the pressure is perfect. Now we need another visit to get this fixed - hopefully at no charge. Everyone was very nice, however, and they did keep the appointment and have the car ready when promised, so there is that at least. More

Oil change I had a scheduled oil change for Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2019 at 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:20 and checked my car in. I then went to the waiting area. My bigg I had a scheduled oil change for Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2019 at 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:20 and checked my car in. I then went to the waiting area. My biggest complaint is that it took 2hrs to complete my oil change. Even after this long wait, they brought the car up as complete without being washed. No-one stated the service dept was behind when I checked the car in. 1 of the customers in the waiting room explained she had been there for over 2 hrs and she was ready to go. Her car wasn’t washed either but she stated she didn’t want to wait anymore. Nothing was offered for this inconvenience with the wait time. With the prices steady going up on the oil change and the long wait time, I am considering looking at other places to get my oil changes. More
