David also provided me with a sheet of things that need to be addressed as I approach 100,000 miles . He also was able to provide me with another key & key fob to replace the one I have misplaced. The wheels that were repaired Do Not Match the other wheels. We recently brought the Acadia in to take advantage of the Allstate premium coverage plan that was sold to us at the time of purchase. We made a road We recently brought the Acadia in to take advantage of the Allstate premium coverage plan that was sold to us at the time of purchase. We made a road hazard claim due to the fact that the two passenger side tires / wheels were damaged during a road hazard event. The wheels actually needed to be replaced, but according to the service person working the ticket...Allstate insisted on repairing the wheels. Now we have to gray wheels and two black/chrome wheels from the factory. The service department put the two repaired wheels back in the same position as they were when the vehicle came into the service department...despite it being common and recommended practice to put the two NEW tires on the rear of the car. I am sure this was done to keep separation between the two repaired wheels and the two original wheels. I suppose in hopes of us not noticing the issue until the next tire rotation. Had they been in close proximity of the other wheels...anyone would be able to see the difference. In addition...since the incident destroyed the front passenger tire...the Acadia came into the shop with the spare installed and the damaged wheel / tire in the trunk. One would think that part of the service would be to stow the spare back in its proper storage position...but, that apparently falls into the 'not my job' category with this project. So...when we picked the car up...I ended up securing the spare back into the storage myself. Not a big deal...but, c'mon...that should be common sense. We are very unsatisfied at this point. Most of the time Jim Ellis' dealerships are friendly and go far and above what is normal in order to satisfy the customer. This is the first time that it seemed from the moment I contacted them about this issue / incident they didn't want to engage except on the surface level. I also get the fact that the warranty is a third party...but, since the dealer is an outlet for them...they should have some responsibility with making a satisfied customer. This time...it just seemed they wanted us to go away. More

My advisor let me know that my car was ready but failed to mention they had to order my dash piece. When I purchased my car, I was given 8 free oil changes. When I got there to pick up my car I had to pay $80 for an oil change....when I shouldn't have had to pay anything. My car is also listed incorrectly when pulling up the VIN number. I was very disappointed with this visit. My advisor was super nice and explained everything well though. I appreciate that aspect. More

Our expensive wheels on our $50,000 Enclave were damaged by an air wrench - two with slight nicks, another badly. Chris the Service Manager was great, admitting there was “no excuse”, the mechanic had simply rushed and been careless. It took us three trips to the dealer over the course of a week, and four days without our car to have the wheels refinished. They did what was right, but we didn’t want refinished wheels. It’s sad that a dealer takes such pride in pristine new cars, advertises “Expect the Best”, and some dude with an air wrench treats your car like that. UNACCEPTABLE. I’m only giving a second star because Chris was great to work with. More
