Professional and knowledgeable. Clean service area! I dont mind coming to the dealership for my service. The wait is usually not too long when I have an appointment. poor experience I felt that the communication wasn't great. I had to call multiple times to get feedback. David did ok with communication, but he was overwhelmed. The service rep that I spoke to, Andrea, was actually rude. I understood that it was a busy day, but she felt the need to let me know that I would be waiting for over 2 days until they can get to my car because I didn't have an appointment. She also added that they don't keep the parts to my car in the back. I had to end the conversation and wait until the following to hear from David. The issue that I had was a battery cable that needed replacing. David proceeded to tell me that the gaskets in my engine were leaking oil, that it would cost me $4000. I have never seen any evidence of any oil leak. My trust in your staff has been diminished so I'll be seeking a new service center. More
