oil change After waiting for 1 hr and 40 minutes for an oil change, one of the 10 I have had before with Jim Ellis in Buford since the purchase of my auto, I was After waiting for 1 hr and 40 minutes for an oil change, one of the 10 I have had before with Jim Ellis in Buford since the purchase of my auto, I was presented with a bill for $92 for an oil change only. I inquired as to why the higher amount that any previously, and I was told that "that's the way it is" effective January 1. I asked about coupons of specials and was told non existed. Upon my return home, I looked on the web and there is an $15 rebate. This dealership turns it service personnel very frequent. You can not establish a relationship with any one service tech. I was under the impression they are here to service the customers. Guess not! More

Professional, personable, good follow-up Had a punctured tire which I asked about when I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They looked up my account, found that I had a total tire Had a punctured tire which I asked about when I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They looked up my account, found that I had a total tire coverage policy, confirmed that I had a nail in the tire I believed was the one losing air, and scheduled a second appointment to replace it. They replaced it with an identical tire and gave me my old tire (still great condition) so I could plug it myself and have an extra spare, all at no cost to me. More
