DISAPPOINTING I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SET UP FOR 10.00 SAT MARCH 3RD. I DECIDED THIS TIME TO LEAVE THE CAR AS I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FROM 10.30 TO 11.30. BY 12.30 I HAD I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SET UP FOR 10.00 SAT MARCH 3RD. I DECIDED THIS TIME TO LEAVE THE CAR AS I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FROM 10.30 TO 11.30. BY 12.30 I HAD NOT HEARD BACK SO I LEFT A MESSAGE ON THE REPRESENTATIVES CELL PHONE. BY 2.00 I STILL HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING SO I CALLED THE SERVICE CENTER TO ASK WHAT THE SITUATION WAS. I THEN HEARD BACK AT AROUND 2.30 AND WAS TOLD THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS DISCUSSING MY CAR WITH THE MECHANIC AND THAT I WOULD GET A CALL BACK . I WAS THEN TOLD MY CAR WOULD BE READY TO PICK UP BY 4.00 AS THAT WAS THE TIME YOU CLOSED ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON. I WAS VERY FRUSTRATED AS I HAD FAMILY MEMBERS THAT HAD COME DOWN FROM NORTHERN VIRGINIA FOR THE WEEKEND AND WAS JUST WAITING FOR THE PHONE TO CALL AND LET ME KNOW MY CAR WAS READY, THIS MEANT MY FAMILY MEMBERS HAD TO GO AND DO THEIR THING WHILE I WAITED AT HOME. AS I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND I TOLD THEM I WAS AT AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL 11.30, I DID EXPECT MY CAR UP DATE OR ANY INFORMATION TO BE CALLED BY AT LEAST NOON AND NOT HAVE TO CHASE THEM. WHY AT 2.30 WAS THE REPRESENTATIVE JUST SPEAKING WITH THE MECHANIC THEN? IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER TO HAVE BEEN CALLED AND EXPLAINED THAT MY CAR WOULD BE READY BY 4.00 INSTEAD OF BEING LEFT IN LIMBO. I MUST CONFESS I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WHICH IS WHY IT HAS TAKEN ME SO LONG TO RESPOND. More

Almost 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Also have a problem with window shield wiper streaking. New wiper blades installed day before service Driving at night with rain the streaking makes it almost impossible to see out. Service manager stated he see nothing wrong, looks normal to him. Will request a meeting with GM representative. Always had Kevin Wellborn he was one of the best. I am a 37 year GM salary retiree More

Horrible service Even after it taking forever to get our vehicle back, the hits just came coming. Hood latch was not re-installed properly, windshield washer containe Even after it taking forever to get our vehicle back, the hits just came coming. Hood latch was not re-installed properly, windshield washer container was not working, hose had been disconnected during service. It took 2 weeks to get repair done to vehicle. I wanted them to check out the auto-shut off because of it lurching and running rough when it started back up. They said they had tested it and found nothing. How can you test it by driving it less than 1 mile??????? They said they would change out a wheel that had been damaged for $20.00. Invoice ended up being over $80.00. When Service Manager finally called to discuss our disappointment, he had no solution for making things better, just keep asking, what did we want. When my husband told him we would not be back, he said ok. End of conversation. Really, really disappointed, because we were interested in looking at a new Enclave. Won't be at Jim Ellis. More
