I had my truck there 2 times for warning lights and we still haven't figured out how to fix it .... I explained to Ed that I love to bring my truck back to GMC for servicing, but that I was not able to wait three hours for an oil change and that this visit would in fact determine whether I came back or t GMC for servicing, but that I was not able to wait three hours for an oil change and that this visit would in fact determine whether I came back or took my truck somewhere else for service. I explained to Ed That I was not able to Miss three paid hours from work to have my oil changed plus pay over $100 for an oil change. Ed made sure I got right in at 7:30 for my appointment and my truck was ready by 8:35. Kudos to Ed for speeding up the process. More
