Have two different vehicle I’ve taken in for repairs. I believe I have a service center I’ll will return to in the future. First vehicle I took there was a nightmare. It had been to 3 or 4 shops befor I believe I have a service center I’ll will return to in the future. First vehicle I took there was a nightmare. It had been to 3 or 4 shops before yours and nobody had any answers for me. You guys were able to diagnose and make the repair. There was a delay in the repair but understand it was the parts were hard to come by. The second vehicle ended up needing a transmission. Repair took 3 days. Unbelievable service! More

Took my vehicle in for 30k miles service and noticed I did not have any wiper fluid and the tires were a bit low on air. The rep took the vehicle back to the garage and was adv i had to schedule another a did not have any wiper fluid and the tires were a bit low on air. The rep took the vehicle back to the garage and was adv i had to schedule another appointment because the wiper fluid tank needed replacing. At my second appointment I advised the rep the tires were not topped off to please make sure they were topped off this time. Drove off and noticed that once again the tires were not topped off and still a bit low. I am uncertain if the service was done correctly given that I being the customer am the one that noticed these things and not the person working on the vehicle. This is the first time in years and I have felt unsatisfied with the service given to my vehicle. More

It is a great place to go and I have always had a great experience but this time was ridiculous. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and it took almost 3 hours. This is service done right! I am treated with respect each time I visit. Taking my vehicle to a roadside mechanic when I receive top-notch service and reasonable rates at my dea I am treated with respect each time I visit. This dealer has a major mixup in their database and they keep associating me with a car I don't have, plus the inconvenience with my own dealer that doesn't have the correct information on that car that I D keep associating me with a car I don't have, plus the inconvenience with my own dealer that doesn't have the correct information on that car that I DO have. Despite my multiple attempts, calls, and messages they still do nothing and continue to be associated with the wrong account. So this is a clear message that they need to do something about it. More
