Truly, not a good experience at anytime I’ve needed service. There is no communication between the parts department and the service department. After all the parts were supposedly in, the old parts had service. There is no communication between the parts department and the service department. After all the parts were supposedly in, the old parts had to be put back days later and months passed before the service rep called asking what was done and what was not done. Pathetic! No updates on backordered parts or resolution for my tailgate that keeps opening due to water in the switches. GMC should offer your tailgate net for free to those of us that are victims of your unsealed switched. I also didn’t care to complete the review until you sent the fourth notice. I wish I bought my truck at another dealer. My experiences with Hayes Jeep service in Lawrenceville for 12 years have never been incompetent. More

Have been with this dealership for a number of years. Years before COVID han an Envoy that had a lot of issues and worked with and was comfortable with to the point that if he suggested that additional i Years before COVID han an Envoy that had a lot of issues and worked with and was comfortable with to the point that if he suggested that additional issues needed attention I fully trusted him. Repairs over the last year I did not leave as a happy customer. One of the biggest complaints is lack of communication on that status of my vehicles and lack of trust that if additional service was suggested, I didn't fully believe and thought they were just trying to run the bill up. Everytime I bring a vehicle in for service the service writers are all different and there seems to be .no stability in that position. I fully understand that people don't want to work now and that may be one of the reasons for turnover. I will be looking for a new dealership to service my vehicles going forward Thanks More
