Good service. Would have like my advisor to update me sooner. Left several messages. Paid almost twice as much for a brakes as I would have paid from Colonial GMC. Was told they could help out with a warranty issue typically done at a dealer that is farther away do to a recent move. Car was outside of milage warranty and i explained this to jim Ellis and was to typically done at a dealer that is farther away do to a recent move. Car was outside of milage warranty and i explained this to jim Ellis and was told they could help out and do the same thing the other gmc dealer could do. Old dealer had plenty of records and documentation and Jim ellis said they had access to all the same records. I had already had the issue diagnosed with a bent push rod. Because of this I asked him to check on a few more concerns with the vehicle. He then charges 175 ( 100 more than the other dealer) to put my problem in a gm tool to find out I was over warranty millage which he already knew. They didn't even put my truck on a lift and look at my other concerns. And he said he could only see warranty work by the other dealer not all the other repairs and maintaince I had done. The other dealer was able to take their notes and escalate the problem to create a claim with GM. I was lied to and overcharged by Jim Ellis and got nothing in return from what I already knew when dropping the truck off. More
