Long and the short of it is I had an appointment to get my oil changed, and it took them over 2 hours to complete the work. Had I just walked up that would be ok but with an appointment it should be 30 or my oil changed, and it took them over 2 hours to complete the work. Had I just walked up that would be ok but with an appointment it should be 30 or 45 minutes tops to get me in and out for a simple oil change. They did however take the time to look at everything under the hood and “recommend” additional services that totaled over $800. I declined of course. My car is 2 years old with only 30k miles on it.
