10 am appt left at 3:16 The gentleman that first took my car didn’t give good instructions so I sat for an hour 1/2 before anyone touched my car. Scheduled Maintenance I had initially only scheduled an oil change at 10am, but once there Jason took the time to explain additional maintenance that is done at the mileage I had initially only scheduled an oil change at 10am, but once there Jason took the time to explain additional maintenance that is done at the mileage my car was at and why it was important. He also listened to my concerns about my car's headlights (one brighter than the other and how I had previously asked for it to be looked at and had it dismissed back when it was Cobb County Kia) He made sure the techs really looked into and actually addressed the concern. I decided to go with a couple additional services. I didn't get my car until 2:30ish, but I'm ok with that. It was Saturday and they took the time to perform the services and look into the two issues I pointed out. I'd also like to point out that the cashier is super friendly and a pleasure to speak with! I wish I could've gotten her name! More
