I would give them a five but only giving them a Four because I made an appointment to have my recall done on my Kia. I made the week for 1 week out. It would have been nice if the lady who made the appo because I made an appointment to have my recall done on my Kia. I made the week for 1 week out. It would have been nice if the lady who made the appointment would have advised me that they had to look at the vehicle and then order the part for the recall. I don’t like having to get up and go to the dealership twice for a recall. Either tell me u have to order the part and how long it will take to get the part in and then schedule the appointment. More
Poor communication! Had my car for over two weeks. I’ll be diagnosed in a week. Never properly communicated with me about steps or timeline after that. I was the one reaching out after I was told I would be contacted the next day and the next day. Car needed one hour of work. My car was diagnosis for oil valve and a timing belt issued. They fix the oil valve and check engine light came back on soon as I got home. Now I have to be re-diagnosis for a problem they already know and have an even longer wait for a problem they could’ve solved at one time and be without a car for more than a week. Poor service, poor communication. More
