This was one of the WORST experiences we have ever had. Took the car for service after calling for months to get in (COVID time....but no excuse) our appointment was for the end of March we just got the v Took the car for service after calling for months to get in (COVID time....but no excuse) our appointment was for the end of March we just got the vehicle back today, vehicle was there for at least 30 days before they even took it in the back. Then another week and a half to have them look at it.....then we get an almost 18,000 quote when we took it in for the service due and a battery. Our rep barely knew what was going on and the manager although he tried to break it all down just couldn't make us feel any better with a bill that high AFTER having the vehicle for 6 weeks. Thankfully this is a car that we don't drive often or we would have be jacked up. I understand shortage of staff and so on but this here is truly unacceptable on so many levels. Do no take your car here at all if you value your time, patience and worth. Good customer service and quality service is a must. Although the people we came in contact were nice the bad out weighed that 10x. More

Terrible Service and dishonest workmanship Don’t ever take your Maserati here for service. They will complete the wrong service, charge you for work that was never done and when you return, den Don’t ever take your Maserati here for service. They will complete the wrong service, charge you for work that was never done and when you return, deny they ever service your car in the beginning. They are a rip off, especially to women. They will destroy your car and then charge you to repair it. I finally got my car after they found a million things to fix after they serviced it last. Do not lease or purchase from this dealership !!!!! Every time you go to get vehicle service the dealership have new people so your not able to have a relationship with your service manager. The dealership never have loaners available and they constantly seem under staffed. More
